Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

All sales on the site are complete and final and AURORA PHOENIX only accepts returns and refunds under the terms and conditions set forth below:

  1. No General Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of the products sold, Aurora Phoenix LLC does not accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect size ordered.
  2. Incorrect item ordered.
  3. Change of mind.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, size charts, and personalization options before placing an order.

 

  1. Returns for Defective or Misprinted Products

Aurora Phoenix LLC will consider returns or refunds only in cases where a product is received with a defect or manufacturing error. Examples include but are not limited to:

  1. Incorrect design printed.
  2. Physical damage to the product upon receipt.
  3. Printing errors outside the acceptable tolerance (greater than 0.5").

Customers must report such issues to support@auroraphoenix.net within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. Claims submitted beyond this period will not be considered.

 

  1. Evidence for Claims

To process a claim, customers are required to provide:

  1. Clear photographic evidence of the defect or error.
  2. For issues affecting multiple items in the same order, a group photo or video displaying all affected items.

Aurora Phoenix LLC reserves the right to request additional documentation or information to verify the claim.

 

  1. 4. Resolution Options

For verified claims of defective or misprinted products, Aurora Phoenix LLC will offer one of the following remedies:

  1. A free reprint of the affected item(s).
  2. A refund to the original payment method.

The remedy offered will be at the sole discretion of Aurora Phoenix LLC, based on the nature of the defect.

 

  1. Unsuccessful Deliveries

 

In cases where a delivery is marked as unsuccessful or undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided):

  1. Customers may request a reprint for an additional charge to cover shipping and production costs.
  2. Alternatively, customers may request a partial refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

 

  1. Limitations on Refunds and Reprints

Refunds and reprints will not be issued for minor deviations in print placement, color variations due to screen differences, or perceived discrepancies in product quality that fall within industry standards.

 

  1. Force Majeure and Exclusions

Aurora Phoenix LLC is not liable for refunds or reprints for issues caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  1. Natural disasters.
  2. Acts of war or terrorism.
  3. Carrier delays due to labor disputes or other disruptions.
